Very good but not top considering the 5* ranking and costs. Spent 3 days across year end. Rooms are properly furnished but a bit small. By the way they have a big bathroom with bath and shower. Very good SPA (you have to book to get in, due to the limited number of places that make possible to have a very intimate stay). Good and rich breakfast, served in the room front lake.
A gym is available, furnished with techno gym machines, but very little and ok only if not more than 2-3 persons are in.
An American bar is available, with a good choices of cocktails and wines and few but good choices for a quick meal or dinner. Restaurant in the structure has a good choice. I was there for the new eve’s dinner and unfortunately had a very bad experience. Food was good, appropriate for an high standing dinner but… Staff was completely un-prepared, made confusion in collecting orders for the drinks and in serving the courses. The maitre even excused for the bad service, but the high cost of the dinner remained the same. Was a pity and completely unexpected low quality of service for an event where the menu is fixed and number of people known upfront.
Location and view is perfect for visiting the south Garda.
